Besides being a profession, Aileen considers psychotherapy as a calling and a mission to support individuals in their journey towards an integrated and meaningful life. With gentle compassion at the heart of her practice, Aileen aims to accompany children, adolescents, and adults in healing and navigating their socio-emotional and mental health concerns through a client-centered orientation and with the use of various modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy) based on their needs and preference. In addition to psychotherapy, Aileen is also a school consultant as a psychologist, and she conducts research, workshops, and seminars. She is also a volunteer at an orphanage.
