If you are under 18, please ensure that your parent or guardian completes the registration and provides their explicit consent before any services can be provided. We are likewise unable to cater to individuals outside the country. Thank you for your understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What payment methods are available, and when is the payment deadline?
A: Payments can be made via Dragonpay or online bank transfer. You have 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to settle the payment after booking an appointment.
Q: Are there any restrictions on scheduling or pre-booking sessions?
A: Yes. You can only schedule a new appointment after completing the Intake Session. Additionally, you are only allowed to pre-book up to two (2) sessions at a time.
Q: What is the latest I can book an appointment?
A: All available slots are open for booking online. However, if you are booking a same-day or next-day appointment (i.e., less than 48 hours away), payment must be made immediately to confirm the slot.
