Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What payment methods are available, and when is the payment deadline?
A: Payments can be made via Dragonpay. You have 24 hours to settle the payment after booking an appointment.

Q: Are there any restrictions on scheduling or pre-booking sessions?
A: Yes. You can only schedule a new appointment after completing the Intake Session. Additionally, you are only allowed to pre-book up to two (2) sessions at a time.

Q: What is the latest I can book an appointment?
A: Sessions must be booked at least three (3) days in advance. If you see an available slot within the next three (3) days, you won't be able to book it online. However, you may contact our secretariat to inquire about the availability of the slot.
