Ingrid Acosta, a licensed psychologist and psychometrician, specializes in psychological assessment and psychotherapy. She completed her Master's in Counseling Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Her professional experience encompasses various settings, including the workplace, educational institutions, nonprofits, and group clinical practice. In her work as a psychotherapist, she adeptly incorporates a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), other behavioral inventions, and humanistic approaches to address the needs of adolescent and adult clients. She has experience in doing group facilitation, program development, and training workshops for government agencies, NGOs, schools, and workplaces. Apart from her clinic work, Ingrid is also a part-time lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila University.
