Yoga Therapy

During times of stress and conflict, it is easy to feel disconnected to oneself and feel caught up in one’s thoughts and emotions.  This can affect one’s sense of safety and well-being, as well as cause physical pain and suffering.  Yoga Therapy incorporates breath awareness, mindfulness, physical movements or asanas, in the therapeutic process.  Through this, behavioral patterns and thoughts can be brought to the surface, and may consequently lead to insight and transformation.
