Ms. Go completed her masters degree in Counseling Psychology at Santa Clara University, California, USA. As a graduate student, Berny worked as a Mental Health Specialist at a school in Redwood City, California. She also trained in both school and hospital settings before joining PsychConsult, Inc. She was a part-time lecturer at the Department of Psychology of the Ateneo de Manila University.
At present, she sees children and adolescents for play therapy, social skills training and psychological assessment. She is certified to conduct the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment and is currently in training for Certification in Therapeutic Play Skills by the International Association for Play Therapy. She has also trained in a variety of play mediums, such as sandplay and Theraplay methods. She speaks English, Filipino, Fukien (Hokkien), and Mandarin.
